Once again, Muhammadiyah University of Lamongan (UMLA) attended an international program. 163 undergraduate Nursing students from the Faculty of Health Sciences participated in the “Online Course 2021” organized by the College of Medicine, Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. This program lasts for one semester (October to December 2021).

The online course with the theme “Pulmonary Medicine and Rehabilitation” was presented in English through the website www.openedu.tw. All materials had been provided on the website and could be accessed by participants anytime and anywhere (MOOC). Participants could take this online course for free with the facilities of lecture materials and e-certificates. Through this activity, this material is expected to strengthen the knowledge of Basic Human Needs that given in the same semester so it can complement the needs of international standard nursing science.

This activity is not only to increase students’ knowledge and insight, but also to increase the clustering of higher education institutions, especially the Muhammadiyah University of Lamongan at the National level.
