To strengthen coordination and vigilance, the Lamongan Regency National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) together with the Tanjung Perak Class I Immigration Office successfully held a Socialization of Foreigners Supervision and Monitoring (TIMPORA). This activity was held on Wednesday, October 2, 2025, at the Airlangga Room, Lamongan Regency Government Office.

The event was attended by representatives from various agencies, ranging from the Police, Military District Command, Education Office, to educational institutions and companies. This socialization aimed to build a comprehensive understanding of the reporting and monitoring mechanisms for foreign nationals in the Lamongan region. On this occasion, UMLA actively raised questions regarding the reporting mechanism for foreign students, including for the Summer Course program and dormitory management. The outcome of the discussion was that campuses are required to report foreign students living in campus dormitories through the APOA application. Furthermore, reports for short-term programs (such as the Summer Course) must also be submitted to Immigration via official letter. UMLA is committed to coordinating effectively with Immigration and related agencies.
